Nuremberg, April 20, 2021 – As of December 1, 2020, Matthias Bugla assumed overall responsibility for quality management in the Bühler Motor Group worldwide as Vice President of Quality. This includes ensuring that all development and production targets are met and that the customer's quality requirements are fully implemented.
On March 8, 2021, Paulo Aguiar took over responsibility for program management at the Bühler Group worldwide as Vice President Program Management. In this function, he is responsible for the strategic development of the product portfolio for the automotive, industrial drive solutions and aviation market segments of the Bühler Motor Group.

Matthias Bugla was most recently Head of Production Quality and Head of Industrialization (Electrical Systems) at the Dräxlmaier Group in Vilsbiburg. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering (production technology/mechatronics) and completed a Master of Business Administration (International Management) while working. His structured quality thinking, recognizing complex relationships and working out solutions in difficult situations are among his strengths.
Before joining Bühler Motor, Paulo Aguiar was Business Development Director (Emissions, Thermal & Turbo Systems) at BorgWarner in Auburn Hills, Michigan USA. A native of Brazil and studied engineer with an MBA had previously worked in Germany. He worked for some of the world's leading automotive suppliers with a focus on engineering and project management. Global collaboration, development of local as well as global product strategies are his daily business.
